Returns, Payment & Privacy
Return Policy:
I want you to be truly happy with your purchase, but if for whatever reason you are unsatisfied, I will accept returns for jewelry, paintings and print orders within the first two weeks of receiving your order. Sculptures are excluded from returns due to their fragility in shipping them back. Shipping costs will not be refunded and you are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the order. The item(s) must be in the original condition upon receipt or a full refund may not be issued. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of returned item(s). Please contact me before returning the item(s).
If there was a problem from my end (i.e. broke during transit, faulty product or incorrect item sent), please get in touch and I would be happy to work with you to fix the issue!
If your order was damaged during shipment and you have purchased insurance, please let me know and you will be reimbursed from USPS, the shipping carrier. Please be prepared to send me your first and last name, shipping address, order number, and a picture(s) of the broken item(s)
If you have placed an order, or, are about to, and would like to purchase insurance to protect your order, you can read more about insurance here. I am afraid if insurance was not added to your purchase before the order was shipped and your order was damaged during shipment, it cannot be my responsibility to provide you with a refund. I would be more than happy to work with you to fix the item if it is possible, though!
Wholesale orders and commissions cannot be returned due to their unique nature, unless a mishap occurred from my end.
Payment:
You can checkout through PayPal with all major cards. If you would like to pay through PayPal but do not own an account with them you can choose 'New to PayPal' at checkout and simply pay with a Credit/Debit card as a guest, without needing a PayPal account. If you are unable to pay with PayPal due to past issues or your country does not accept PayPal, please let me know and we can work something out.

All data entered is safely secured by SSL technology. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.i. to ship an order.
